From St. Louis Travel south on I-55 to Exit 58/Hwy. 80/Matthews/East Prairie. After exiting, turn east toward East Prairie and follow Hwy. 80 through East Prairie. Turn right/south onto Hwy. 77 and continue approximately eight miles to County Road 502. Turn right/west onto the gravel road the historic site is one mile ahead on the left.
From Jefferson City Travel east on U.S. Hwy. 54 to Kingdom City. Take I-70 east to Exit 210A/U.S. Hwy. 41/61/Kirkwood/Forest Park. Take U.S. Hwy. 40 east to Exit 25/I-270/Chicago/Memphis merge onto I-270 south and continue for about 11 miles. Take Exit 1B-A/I-55/St. Louis/Memphis and head south on I-55. At Exit 58/Hwy. 80/Matthews/East Prairie, turn east toward East Prairie and follow Hwy. 80 through East Prairie. Turn right/south onto Hwy. 77 and continue approximately eight miles to County Road 502. Turn right/west onto the gravel road the historic site is one mile ahead on the left.
From Springfield, Mo. Travel east on U.S. Hwy. 60 to the Sikeston area. Take Exit 1A/I-55/Memphis and head south for about seven miles. Take Exit 58/Hwy. 80/Matthews/East Prairie and turn east toward East Prairie. Follow Hwy. 80 through East Prairie turn right/south onto Hwy. 77 and travel approximately eight miles.
