State Park Overview
With more than 60,000 acres of water and 1,225 miles of shoreline, Lake Cumberland is considered one of the finest fishing and boating areas in the Eastern United States.
Perched high above this watery expanse, Lure Lodge offers the water-lover panoramic views of the lake and the only indoor pool complex in the park system. A glass-backed elevator -trium, exercise room and hot tub enable visitors to take in a spa experience, while our 9-hole, par-3 golf course, nature trails and riding stables offer something for guests seeking a more active vacation.
Camping
The park?s 147-site campground offers utility hookups, two central service buildings with showers and rest rooms, laundry facilities, two dump stations and
a grocery nearby.
Campground open April 1- the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Camping rates are $18 per night for 2 adults. Each additional person over 16 years of age $3 per night.No advance reservations. Check-out by 1 PM, Central time. Pets are allowed if restrained.
